Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order number)

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons or if marked final sale at purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damageddefective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right (replacement or refund, as appropriate).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm the return status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund timing depends on your payment provider, but typically posts within 5–10 business days after approval.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank/credit card account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times vary)
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary)
  4. If you still don’t see it, email us at mark@lionpoweroptics.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at mark@lionpoweroptics.com before sending anything back.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defectdamage, or our error (wrong item shipped), in which case we will provide instructions and may provide a return label.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

How to Start a Return

Email us at mark@lionpoweroptics.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for the return (and photos if damaged/defective)

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Shipping Recommendations

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
